FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
These are the most common questions we are asked. If you have any further questions, please be sure to email us so we can give you our best attention to your queries.
   

Samples

Can I get some samples before I place my order?
Yes, you can. It is a good idea to have a look at the invitation you are choosing before making your final decision. Sample invitations are available for the cost of the invitation you choose plus a $2.00 handling charge. Let us know which ones you are interested in and they will be posted immediately after receipt of your payment.  Please contact us to arrange for your sample to be sent to you.

Ordering

Do I have to order a minimum number?
No, if you are having a small wedding and don't require heaps of invitations, don't worry, you can order 5 or if you are having a large wedding 500, it's up to you!

What about the colours? Will they differ from the web page?
Some colours will appear different from the colours on the web page. When you have made your decision it is suggested you ask us for a colour sample so you can be sure the colour is what you want. Please advise your mailing address for this FREE service.

Can I choose the wording for my invitations?
Yes, of course. You can have what you want. We have a selection of traditional wording or we are happy for you to advise what you would prefer. You may want the bride and groom's names in a different font from the body of the invitation. Just let us know what your preference is.

Am I able to have the fonts I want?  
A selection of fonts are available in the traditional, script or funky themes.  You can make your selection from this group  or if you are able to supply a font you particularly like that we don't have, we will endeavour to use it for you.  Click here

How do I go about placing an order?
When you have made your decision, you can place all the details in an email to us. We will confirm your order and amount owing and your order will be commenced immediately upon receipt of your payment.

Do I get to see the invitation proof before it is printed?
Yes, you do. When your artwork is ready for proofing, it will be emailed to you for your acceptance and approval. Please check everything thoroughly for any errors. When you are completely happy with it, please return this email to us with your OK.

When will printing commence?
Immediately your acceptance email is received by us. Every care is taken with your stationery in the printing process and your order is printed on a high quality laser printer to achieve the best finish.

What if I receive my invitations and there is an error?  
Any errors that are our fault will be reprinted at no cost to you. If the error is found by you after proofing and we have commenced your order, a surcharge will apply.

Can I take the hassle out of addressing and posting the invitations? 
Yes, you can. Just supply us with an accurate and clearly typed list of the guest names and addresses as you wish them to appear and we will be happy to print and mail them for you. We will confirm by email when this has been completed and you will receive a guest list to mark off the acceptances as they are received. There will be a further charge for the mail merge and postage.

Will my invitations be received in good order?  
We take every care with your order to make sure it arrives to you in perfect condition. All goods are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and packed firmly in a box and despatched via Australia Post or a courier ccompany. Please allow ample time for delivery.

How can I pay for my invitations?
You can pay by EFT (please request bank details when ordering) or cheque.  Please email cheques to 11 Lavinia Street, Southport Qld 4215 and advise by email when payment has been made.
